Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any difference, the Arabic version prevails.

1. Full refund within 7 days

If Lebnara does not suit you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the date of any subscription payment, without giving a reason. The amount is returned to the same payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank.

2. After 7 days

The current month is not refunded after 7 days from payment, but you can cancel renewal at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid month and no further payment is taken afterwards.

3. How to cancel or request a refund

• Write to info@lebnara.com or message us on WhatsApp at +965 6511 8616, with your company name or link.
• Or use the subscription management link in the payment receipt emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy.
• We confirm the cancellation or refund within two business days.

4. Your data after cancelling

Your data is yours. Before cancelling you can download a complete copy from Company Settings, and we send you a backup on request.

5. Registration and trial

Registration and the trial are free and do not require a payment card. Nothing is charged until you activate a paid subscription yourself. See the pricing page and the terms and conditions.
