What does the system cover?
- Production: batches, recipes, and the Chef Board for fat standardisation, rennet dose, pH, temperature and the HACCP record.
- Inventory: raw materials and finished product by lot and expiry, and milk tanks with fat and protein after blending.
- Planning: a weekly production plan from sales and customer orders, converted to litres of milk.
- Suppliers: pricing farmers' milk by fat, protein and SCC.
- Sales: wholesale customer orders, a private portal for each customer, van sales on distribution routes, and the POS.
- Finance and reports: product and customer profitability, supplier and customer balances, and PDF and CSV reports.
Designed for small and medium factories
You need no IT team and no private server. The system is in the cloud and runs in the browser on the tablet inside the factory, and you import your data from Excel as CSV. Each company has an isolated account, team permissions and an activity log.
