How does the link work in Lebnara?

You obtain your company's linking credentials from the Department and enter them in Lebnara's tax settings (or postpone that from the initial setup wizard). After that, invoices are sent to the national system from inside the software.

Each company uses only its own credentials, and no keys are shared between companies.

What happens on sending?

• When sending succeeds, the QR code returned by the national system appears on the invoice.
• If sending fails with a temporary error (network or server fault), the invoice stays pending and Lebnara retries automatically.
• Every invoice is saved in the company archive with product, customer and payment details.

A checklist before you start

• Confirm with your accountant that your business is covered by e-invoicing and the date you must comply.
• Prepare the linking credentials from the Department and share them with no one.
• Enter your products with their names, prices and the correct sales tax before the first invoice.
• Try one invoice and confirm it appears in the national system before expanding.
• Keep a copy of the monthly sales report to match against your tax return.
