1. Data we collect
Registration data (company name, email, mobile number, contact person), operational data you enter into the system (herd, production, inventory, sales, team), and basic technical data (IP address, sign-in time) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your data
We use your data only to run the service: activating your account, showing your data inside the system, sending notifications about your account (activation, subscription, password reset), and improving platform performance.
3. Isolation of company data
Every company registered on Lebnara is completely isolated from every other company at the database level (Row Level Security). There is no way for one company to see another company's data.
4. Who sees your data
The employees activated on your account according to the role you set (owner/admin/employee), and the Lebnara administration team only as needed to support you or review a registration request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the infrastructure: hosting and delivery (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), and email sending (Resend). These providers process your data only as far as needed to run the service.
6. Your rights
At any time you can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account to be deleted entirely, by contacting us at the email shown on the registration page.
7. Data security
Passwords are encrypted, all connections to the platform use HTTPS, and every database table is protected by access policies (RLS) at the level of each company.
