Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the service
Lebnara is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) system for managing farms, cheese factories and points of sale, provided by Saleh Al-Saleh (Kuwait), and made available to each company through its own subdomain. By using the platform or registering a company on it, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and review
Registration is free. Every new company registration is reviewed by the administration before the account is activated, usually within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any account that violates these terms or is used abusively.
3. Your accounts and data
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account sign-in details and for the accuracy of the data you enter into the system (herd, production, sales and so on). The data you enter remains yours, and we use it only to run the service for you.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Using the system modules (farm, factory and point of sale) requires a paid monthly subscription at the prices published on the pricing page. Payment is by card through Lemon Squeezy, and the subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled, with a reminder one week before renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time, and you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of payment under the refund and cancellation policy.
4.1 Early subscriber offers
We may give a limited number of early subscribers a free year on a given module in return for sharing their real experience on the Lebnara Facebook page once every 3 months. We may stop the offer if the sharing does not happen after a reminder. After the year ends there is no automatic charge, and continuing is at the prices published on the pricing page.
5. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the service running and the calculations accurate, but the system is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Lebnara is not responsible for any indirect commercial or financial loss resulting from using the system.
6. Ending the service
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or end any account that is overdue on payment or in breach of these terms, with prior notice where possible.
